"The official videogame of the recent Disney movie plays a lot like a Ratchet & Clank. As a cute little guinea pig decked out like Sam Fisher, you run around with a variety of sci-fi weapons shooting up robotized versions of household items like irons, vacuum cleaners and toasters. Chips left behind can be used to purchase ammo and upgrades at vending machines. It's not as good as a Ratchet & Clank, but it's definitely above your typical movie tie-in. It certainly looks nice, has some good action sequences and even a few decent puzzles. G-Force's other claim to fame is that the game uses a 3D presentation. Not just 3D graphics, but Leap-Off-the-Screen-Like-a-50s-Monster-Movie 3D. It's all right, and it does indeed provide the illusion that power-ups and laser beams are coming off the screen. I don't picture many people playing with it a lot; it gave me a bit of a headache after about 10 minutes. Still, it can be switched off or on easily and instantly.
Bottom line, don't expect a revolution, but fans of the G-Force movie should enjoy the game a lot. "
