"I have to admit that I missed the first two Red Faction games, and I'm sorry I did, if Guerrilla is any standard.
The great thing about RFG is that virtually any structure in the game can be completely demolished, either by weapons, demolition charges, or even many swings of your hammer if you're patient enough. I found myself placing tanks and charges all around structures very carefully just to see if I could destroy them in one blast. You'll go through a series of open environments, and while they aren't as large as say FarCry 2 or GTA, there is plenty of freedom to perform the hit-and-run missions you want to, when you want to.
RFG's story doesn't quite have the weight it should, but the single player campaign is still lots of fun, and so is the experienced-based multiplayer system. The modes even keep the destruction, so you and your friends will have great fun laying waste to everything you see."
