"Has it really been 17 years since the last Punch-Out game? Well, it's about high time the series returned. And although the game now uses the Wii controls, fans of the series will find the same game at its heart. Outlandish larger than life boxers tower over your poor Little Mac. You pick up on patterns so that you can get in punches while avoiding theirs. It's an old school feeling, like battling a Mega Man boss and trying to find opportunities to sneak in your attacks. It translates very well to Wii, and the fact that the game finally allows two players to go at it is a definite plus. Other newer features such as use of the Wii Balance Board don't pay off, but the bottom line is that it's still as fun as ever to take out your frustrations on Glass Joe."
